As part of MyJustice’s commitment to learning, it hosts a periodic Partners’ Forum, with the last one being held in Yangon on 7 and 8 December 2017. MyJustice plans to design and organize the next (and the last) Partners’ Forum in May 2019 in Yangon. The objective of the Forum is to capture learnings from the implementation of the programme in the last (approximately) 4 years. It is an opportunity to develop a joint understanding of achievements, lessons and challenges along with the partners. The output from this process is intended to feed into the larger end-of-programme learning exercise to synthesize lessons from the delivery of MyJustice, which will be supported by an external learning partner as part of a separate procurement process.
It is in this context that MyJustice invites a proposal to design, organize and facilitate the Partners’ Forum. The specific objective of the assignment is to create a safe space to hear partner voices, profile their achievements and capture learnings from programme implementation in a participatory and forward-looking manner to feed into any future access to justice programme design MyJustice is therefore inviting applications for a proposal to support interested organisations in achieving these objectives.
Interested applicants should review the RFP and other documents. All proposals must be accompanied by the two annexes:
Please do take out time to review Annex 1- the terms and conditions of the contract in advance.
Proposals must be submitted electronically to myjustice@mm.britishcouncil.org no later than 1700 hrs (Myanmar time) on Friday, 08 March 2019. MyJustice will accept applications received at any time up to that date.
