The Finance and Grants Officer will contribute to the designing of complex granting processes and be responsible for their implementation in a way which complies with British Council and EU policies and requirements. The Finance and Grants Officer will also be responsible for monitoring, reconciliation, and reporting against the contract budgets of grant recipient organisations and designing and carrying out capacity building activities which build the financial management capacity of grantees.
