The Community Empowerment Manager will work as part of the community empowerment and awareness result area team. They will be responsible for supporting the development of MyJustice interventions aimed at improving the delivery of community services, including through the existing networks of community-based organisations and civil society organisations under the supervision of the Senior Advisor: Community Empowerment, and with other members of technical team. They will also coordinate capacity development activities including needs analysis surveys and training workshops.
