The Senior Adviser: Community Empowerment will provide expert technical and strategic leadership, advice, and management of MyJustice programming on community empowerment. The role will further provide leadership, management, and guidance on community dispute resolution, community cohesion and awareness raising. programme focused communications and visibility. A key focus is ensuring that all MyJustice community empowerment activities are based on evidence and programme learning. The Senior Adviser Community Empowerment will serve as a member of the MyJustice Senior Management Team, contributing to the overall strategy and direction of the programme.
