Final Evaluation of MyJustice

MyJustice is an access to justice programme, funded by the European Union and implemented by the British Council, aimed at enhancing access to justice for the poor and vulnerable in Myanmar. The programme comes to an end in November 2019. The British Council is seeking the services of an experienced evaluation organisation to carry out the final evaluation of the programme. In order to submit a proposal you will first need to register your organisation on the British Council’s in-Tend portal. Follow this link: https://in-tendhost.co.uk/britishcouncil and select the option to ‘Register’ on the left-hand side of the page. This will take you to a page with a few simple boxes to complete your organisation.  

You will need to wait for the site administrators to approve your registration. Once approved, you will be able to access all of the tender documents on the same website. On the top menu bar select ‘Tenders’ and then choose option ‘ Current’. This tender will then become visible in the list of tenders displayed. By clicking on this tender ‘Final Evaluation of MyJustice’, you will be able to download the tender documents and later submit your proposals as per proposed timescale.

Questions regarding the submission of the proposal will be accepted electronically at myjustice@mm.britishcouncil.org until 1700 hours (Myanmar time) Friday, 13th September 2019. And questions will be published on this webpage by 1700 hours (Myanmar time) Thursday, 19th September 2019.

Proposals must be submitted electronically to myjustice@mm.britishcouncil.org not later than 1700 hours (Myanmar time) on Friday, 4th October 2019. MyJustice will accept applications received at any time up to that date and time.
