Request for proposal for Monitoring and Learning Field Coordinator

MyJustice is a four-year (2015 August - 2019 July) access to justice programme funded by the European Union and implemented by British Council. MyJustice works in partnership with 33 local and international organisations to implement legal awareness raising activities, paralegal training, capacity building for legal professionals, provision of legal aid, community based dispute resolution activities and policy engagement with key stakeholders. MyJustice is seeking a national consultant for Monitoring and Learning Field Coordinator position to document key results and lessons learned from the partners in qualitative aspect as well as to provide qualitative research training for partner staff. The consultancy period will be one year and include regular field visits to MyJustice field areas in six States/Regions: Yangon, Mandalay, Bago, Mon, Kayin and Shan. Preferred candidates are those with at least five years working experience in designing and implementation of qualitative data collection and with a good understanding of CSO sector in Myanmar. Master degrees holders are preferred but those with strong experience will also be given an advantage.
